Self-Proved Will Affidavit

While a Florida Will requires only two-(2) witnesses to be legal, a “self-proving affidavit” allows a will to be admitted to probate quickly without the need for witnesses.  A self-proved will affidavit requires two witnesses to attest before a notary to the execution of the Florida Will.  See, Fla. Stat. § 732.503.
