RULE 9.125. REVIEW OF TRIAL COURT ORDERS AND JUDGMENTS CERTIFIED BY THE DISTRICT COURTS OF APPEAL
Rule 9.125 governs the discretionary review by the Florida Supreme Court of trial court orders and judgments that have been certified by a district court of appeal as requiring immediate resolution by the Supreme Court, or as having been passed upon by the district court and certified as a question of great public importance.
