RULE 9.110. APPEAL PROCEEDINGS TO REVIEW FINAL ORDERS OF LOWER TRIBUNALS
Rule 9.110 governs appeals from final orders of lower tribunals. It establishes the procedures for filing notices of appeal, cross-appeals, record preparation, briefing schedules, oral argument, and disposition. The rule also addresses appeals from orders entered by county courts, appeals of administrative actions, and proceedings for the validation of bonds.
