Rule 9.030 defines the jurisdiction of the Florida Supreme Court, the District Courts of Appeal, and the Circuit Courts in their appellate capacity. It addresses appeal jurisdiction, certiorari jurisdiction, original jurisdiction, and all writs jurisdiction for each level of court.
