RULE 9.040. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Rule 9.040 establishes general provisions applicable to all appellate proceedings, including complete determination of cases, transfer of cases between courts, amendment of proceedings, assignments of error, joinder and substitution of parties, amicus curiae participation, service requirements, computation and extension of time, sanctions for bad faith or frivolous appeals, and filing fees.
