The trier of fact may award damages in excess of the claimant’s policy in a UM action, but those damages are generally not reduced to a Judgment. Rather, the award may fix damages pending demonstration of breach pursuant to Fla. Stat. § 624.155. State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company v. Laforet, 658 So.2d 55 (Fla. 1995).
